
Lillian Douglas has more than 15 years of clinical experience spanning primary care, urgent care, cardiovascular medicine, and cardiac rehabilitation. She is passionate about delivering patient-centered, relationship-driven care focused on prevention, early intervention, and long-term health outcomes for individuals and families.
Lillian is aligned with her mission to meet patients where they are - helping remove barriers to care while supporting better health through proactive, coordinated medical services. Prior to joining Lotus Recovery, Lillian spent over a decade practicing family medicine and urgent care, building a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient advocacy. Her background also includes strong cardiovascular experience where she served as both a Nurse Practitioner in cardiovascular speciality care and a Registered Nurse in cardiac rehabilitation.
Earlier in her career, Lillian worked at Palmetto Health Richland Heart Hospital in cardiac telemetry and held leadership roles, including Charge Nurse and RN Preceptor, while supporting quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Lillian earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from the Medical University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina Columbia. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and maintains Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support certifications.
Outside of her professional work, Lillian is deeply rooted in her community and faith. She is actively involved in her church and values opportunities to serve and support others beyond the clinical setting. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a husband and 2 children.
